Morning Charts 10/17/2017 SPX

For those that don't buy the Total Control story let's go at it from this angle - "I'm Concerned... It's Highly Unusual" - Vegas Massacre Security Guard Remains Missing  and Car-Bomb Kills "One-Woman WikiLeaks" Who Led The Panama Papers Revelations and Ex-DEA Agent Blasts Congress And Drug Industry For Creating The Opioid Crisis. You see, they control everything, and their level of control is growing.
On to the lie - 

SPX Daily - Technicals have had their few bright moments in the past year, but it truly seems now that they don't matter till the STB "event" that they are all pointing to. So it's just sit and wait, and no telling how long that can take. Bottom line is EVERYONE is waiting for it. No one wants to go thru '01 or '08 again. EVERYONE will head for the gates at the same time (thus they can't ever let it correct too much or even fall for that matter).
