Minis of 28. Seems a bit light with the Israel scene. There’s no way war could be market positive, right? Sure for the military industrial complex group but broad market? I only ask, cause .. you know why. STB liking his lower consolidation call even more.

Minis up a bit. As mentioned, kinda everything was at a major support point and needed help. Thanks Fed! Gotta play this spot by ear. SPX could stall, crash or rebound to the 100ma and close the last gap. So everyone pump the brakes a bit and let’s see what they want. For me? They got close to but didn’t touch 4200. That’s a function of SPX lagging behind. I won’t be excited about anything till 4200 happens. 4100, bottom of the old slog, is critical support.

On to the lie -
Minis up a bit. Pretty much everything is at some sort of support. Even the vix is at resistance. I’ll emphasize this support for some indexes is above areas with large drops ahead. If things let go, things should fall into STB’s larger consolidation area we’ve been looking for. SPX lagging other indexes a bit in this race to support. She’s gotta get to and through 4200 for my interest to peak. The setup may suggest a hot falling knife scenario is set up.

Minis off 22. This will leave another gap. Gaps are bad. They also confuse things. This will be the third open off the top. Oodles of support down to 4100 though. Below 4200 is where I get interested.

Minis, once up over 25, now are off 5. STB’s getting that tingly feeling that we haven’t had in a while. Friday’s action and last night’s are a major rejection. Might be time to get that popcorn out. Still gotta get to and through 4200 for me to really get excited. It feels good to have a bit of bear alive in me again.
