Morning Charts 07/11/14 SPX Chartapalooza
Well most know I've found time to play in my chartbook. I've only updated a few charts but they say a lot, so lets get to it -
Let's start with a case for the dippers. We'll end with something for the bears.
I've had RUT requests - will have to get to that this weekend.
Primer - we're looking at an overthrow of an overthrow. Everything technical had been ignored which makes this point extremely dangerous. Any sort of breakdown sub 1952 and they may find levitation impossible to achieve.
SPX 30m -Pretty simple - near term support (blue), 38% retracement, s/r line with pos divergence. Looks good for the BTFD crowd.
SPX 60m - Here we get a slightly different stoy. Why did price stop where it did yesterday? Cause any lower and they violate NT support and the backtest of busted resistance. Anything sub 1952 and a whole new world of possibilities for the bears opens up. Neg divs galore on this chart. Also the overthrow is clear as day proving the ridiculousness of price at these levels. Breaking 1952 leads to 1930. If that goes, it should be all over.
SPX Daily - Overthrow 1 thru 5 and now neg diving again. This puppy is sick. Look at what they have driven price through. Simply amazing.
SPX Weekly - Welcome to the endgame open window. We've now entered the zone that I've long been pointing to as that time.
SPX Monthly - And monthly - Cycles, neg divs, indicator supports, It is all coming together, TA is going to get it right - and very soon. That green target box that's been there for close to two years still stands.

Morning Charts 07/10/2014 SPX /es
Rock climbing this morning, and this finishes the activities for the week at Camp Shanky.
As for everything else, I hope Perry lets the muslim mofo have it. I doubt he will as I'm sure O will show up with an NSA dossier about an inch or two thick on him and his family threatening arrest or worse under NDAA. What a great country.
Bombs in Israel? Interesting. Escalation is about all I need. Think "event" folks. They may be ready now.
I suggest you see - Freedom: Summed Up In One Image Wake up folks, right under your nose - They are taking everything and it willa ll be gone before you realize it.
Faber for the gazillionth time calling for correction. Make me wonder, could I have called 40,000 tops and still be where I am today? I remain (not for long) one of the very few standing. Everything is so right now. Global tension is trending upwards at a faster pace than the RUT right now and this bubble will burst possibly taking everything with it from the markets to our freedoms.
As for the AA beat ....Think GAAP and no regulation.

I like this one I updated yesterday - the Cycle Lines chart - Basically last year and this can be charted in a big ass rising channel. Obviously you can see upper resistance is being hit here with the upper BB and the negative divergences are hard to ignore. I'd watch that 50% diagonal for support and if that and the 20ma crack it's almost guaranteed the 50ma will crack as well looking at past moves. Also note how their tops were times really well for the past two years till this one. Why did they break the cycle here? If the lower channel support fails it should be a Katie Bar The Door situation and more than likely an event has happened.
I also like the SPX 60m chart which gives more detail to the recent rampage - The overthrow of the black rising channel led to the improbable blue rising wedge which has been overthrown - Really? This is the epitome of over exuberance and idiocy.
I still will call a top when I have the time. Technically there is not a better spot in the 5th overthrow since the start of 2013. they will not keep this up forever. I liked reading Is The Fed Going To Attempt A Controlled Collapse? If so the PPT better have a shitload of digital 1 and 0 in stock, the best marketing team money can buy and one hell of a distraction (think FF). Again, are they ready? Are all their pieces in place? I have a feeling we will find out very soon.

Morning Charts 07/08/14 SPX /es
Much better day for STB today. Still no passage but no pain either today. Long day rafting - then dinner - then I can finally sit down to do some charts and get a post up - right? LOL. Had to fix another computer. Fugure out hoe to make Gopros play on a TV. How to mount a gopro to a helmet or a bike. Then, well, you don't want to know the rest. Concierge Shanky at everyone's service. I really should go work at Disney. Thus you get another crappy post. The good news? I drop the boys off at 9:00 and won't see them till 3:00 today. I get to get some work done tomorrow!
I wanted to post some stuff from ZH (yes, I found some time to read a bit this morning), but I keep getting this script error and their site recently has been slowing down my computer if not locking it up. Anyone else getting this problem? So, yet another issue. Geez I;m hitting walls everywhere lately.
I can't begin to tell you how bad this illegal alien mess has me pissed off. then they thow this out there, "Health and Human Services officials will allow reporters to visit a military facility housing some of the immigrant children who have arrived at the southern border in recent weeks, but only if the media promises not to record anything, not to ask any questions during the tour, and not to talk to any of the staff members or children."
Lovely, just friggin lovely. Freedom? 4th estate? Laws? Nothing matters anymore to the power hungry politicians. I'm not sure anything left can stop them. It's so outrageous it's unthinkable.
Of course it's not just here the press is being shackled - try out BBC admonished for giving climate change deniers equal air time.
As for the markets, bout the only victory the bulls can muster is in Pamplona where the bulls got the better of four morons there. Maybe that marks some sign of life or hope?
Earnings season is upon us. Most long timers know I hate charting and calling the markets the first few weeks of earnings season. IMO, it is the most unpredictable time. Of course penny beats of lowered hurdles, spectacular guidance (on the announcement and first conf call) and missed revenues can be expected. Stocks and the market celebrate. Then of course the real dirt gets uncovered about accounting irregularities and such which leads to bad guidance after the fact, but no one gets punished as all that matters is that first announcement.
Could earnings season have a surprise or two? Sure it can, but none of this really matters as GAAP is nothing but CRAP now, and regulation is nonexistent. Just beat by a penny anyway possible. Want to throw out a massive beat? Sure, why not? Do you think the new CFA curriculum requires data manipulation and regulation run around sections in it these days? If not, they must be left wondering why they achieved their designations in the first place. A monkey could do their job now. Hell, a monkey may be doing their job for all I know.
As for my top call, I'm still all over that. I just have not had the time do do that sort of post any justice. Maybe today I'll have the time. I have to get my charts cleaned up first. That could take some time. I want to do a few new ones as well.
As for my thoughts about my "event" we may be in the middle of it right now. We're one patriot shooting an illegal from gun confiscation. We're one rocket into Israel or some sort of MENA issue that can not be undone. Dollar? LOL, that should be on top of everyone's list. Problemss are to vast and numerous to detail all of the opportunities for a false flag here and now. I suggest you read Governments from Around the World – Including Western, Islamic, Asian and African Nations – ADMIT They Carry Out False Flag Terror.
I have no immediate thoughts on the markets now. I;m a bit removed and hate the start of earnings season. I usually crawl into a hole and don't step out on many limbs at this time. I do however favor south. Possibly a lot of south. What's not ready to turn other than the Fed's mandate?If not now, it's coming soon. We got the holiday ramp behind us.

Morning Charts 07/07/14
Numerology day?
STB still struggling with good and bad moments. I was wiped out most yesterday afternoon and evening. Felt good enough to summit Mt CB at 12,168 feet. Then today was total relapse with some additional side effects. Still have not passed stone. I'm still ot and will be all week.
Can't believe I've not been able to muster the strength or time to hammer out my post. Can't believe I've been sidelined like this period. I'm still really bothered by all that's going down. I've seen a lot of shit come and go over the years and since starting the blog, but none of it has hit home the way shit has the past 6 or so months.
I have to apologize again for leaving y'all hanging. I'll be in CO all week managing kids and my condition. I hope to get things back to normal sooner than later. Thanks for picking up my slack. I really appreciate it.

Sorry but things not going so well for STB. Tired, little sleep, some pain and vaca are keeping me from managing things here the way are needed. This is definitely my worst stretch in years. HI and AK trips did not even slow me down like this. I'm better but not if that makes any sense. Sad that I'm in best shape in years training for spring triathlon, winning age brackets in 5k races and then this shit happens, and all at a critical time when I'm ready to call the top. I'll see what I can muster for strength and time. I want to get this done but not half assed.
Enjoy the 4th with all your new immigrant friends. I'm sure you wont mind sharing your hard earned tax dollars supporting them, and they in turn will be glad to share various diseases and other benefits they bring to the table. Merica baby! Ohhh yeah! We're accepting tired and willing, not diseased leaches. Scratch that - I got that backwards. welcome to the new normal.

This is more like a sinkhole situation. One day the floor is just gonna give out and we will all be in over our heads wondering how'd we get here?

I want you to think about that word independence this weekend. Freedom from outside control or political freedom - tell me about that definition and if it still applies today. Sure you can go to the grocery store and do all the stuff you like to do daily, but what's happening behind the scenes. Then again if you want to complain about something you can do it from a free speech zone a mile away. Which hot button of yours is being pushed? Immigration, NSA spying, capital controls, executive orders, propaganda and lies, data manipulation, market manipulation, the Fed, VA, Benghazi, Syria, Iraq, MENA, Ukraine - I can make a list a mile long. I'm sure at least one of these issues has your ire up.
Sadly things are not slowing down or improving for freedom's sake. They are worsening at an exponential pace. The muslim mofo (our illegal immigrant in chief - now you know why he's got such a soft spot) leading this country and the bought and paid for congress only have their best interest in mind, not yours. They only care about their power and their political future. We have one more shot to get things changed in a peaceful manner. This November we can vote the incumbents out. I believe this is our last shot to take some sort of power back.
The brightest light that has shown for freedom's cause was the SCOTUS vote last week. Maybe there is some hope. Maybe even his appointees are even beginning to see the evil that lives and rules from the white house.
We were warned about secret societies and the military industrial complex. There is a reason I have that Andrew Jackson quote at the top of the blog. There is a reason I am relentless in my pursuit of true knowledge and sharing it with you all almost daily. There is a reason you all participate and share the love and knowledge here daily. We care! We all care deeply or we would not expose ourselves to the NSA and DHS handlers that monitor blogs like mine - cause we're all considered terrorists for speaking our mind and sharing the truth.
Orwellian? Brave New World? You read between the lines and tell me what legacy do you want to leave for your children and grand children? Are you a patriot? If so they you are considered a terrorist - think about that. There will come a time very soon where we're gonna have to step up, get in the streets and take this country back.
I really like the odds of a FF coming very soon, bigger than 9/11. The SCOTUS vote may have pushed this up. Obummer is losing his grip and power and will need to do something. The immigration issue is just the start to something big I think. They are making their move. They want total power and control. Are you willing to fight back to retain your independence?

There will be an OWP this weekend. I want to make my top call and with 17k getting hit with the 'everyone could see it coming' holiday ramp behind us, maybe next week we finally get the turn. I'll cover all of that soon. I hope to get this kidney stone thing behind me sooner than later. I hope to regain some of my old form and fire as well. Self admittedly, I'm beat up. I've held up like a champ for 5 years here, and all the years of crap and corruption (especially gaining pace) is really bothering me. We're losing! I hate losing!
