28k! Woop Woop! Ya baby! How bout that QE4!!! 30k is a way aways but for some reason I think they want that bogey. Greedy mofos. If SPX hit 3k already DOW is lagging roughly 2k points. (The STB SPX is 10% of the DOW rule). One will correct or the other will catch up.
