Minis up 50. Fed has lost control. They can’t protect jobs from AI and fight inflation. Rates need to rise. But muh markets? No liquidity is seen backstage via repo and SOFR. Fractals and fraud. Told ya Vegas (leading indicator) was in trouble a while back. First real cracks are seen. QE coming for cover. Lipstick on pig. Bubble, bubble, toil and trouble. Eventually my favorite target 3200 gets hit, but 1600 may be the sweet spot.

Minis off 10. Powell actually did well yesterday. The mixed bag approach might have been sincere. My UST10yr weekly chart is at the floor of a consolidation wedge near 3.85 with four supports here saying it should hold and return to 4.6%. Here’s the deal, the Fed can’t really fight unemployment anymore with AI destroying jobs, but it can fight inflation. Bottom line is we need the bubble to burst and a reset. The liquidity problem was finally mentioned briefly by Powell. We got a double bubble, tech and banks wrapped up in one package.

Minis flat. The financial/bank crisis I thought would hit in May is a few months late. The shadow bank subprime meltdown is happening. This will bleed to the big banks. JPM possibly the most in danger. There’s no liquidity. QE soon. Amazon layoffs due to AI example of what I’ve been preaching for a few years now. Where’s everyone going to work in a few years? Everything is broken. UBI coming for the nation Thats is built to consume the world’s output? Not sure how that’s going to work out.

STB Trojan horse theory. Getting much easier to spot truth. The fact we’re allowed to speak or see truth says they don’t care anymore or will use it against us. (See UK Petri dish or CK). They’ve kept us divided for decades. Now we’re all being pushed to one side of the boat. Sheeple. Huge gamble on their part. Surveillance state coming fast. JDV, PT, JK, EM, JB and SA among others. They’ll have a catalyst. AI coming in fast. Biblical.

Minis up 20. SPX 30m wedge over last week set to break out some direction tomorrow. Indicators would say south, but it really depends on which way they want it to go. I won’t be concerned about anything till 6150 cracks. Heck, 6000 round number is 10% and will have everyone’s hair on fire. Pretty sure the Fed has lost control. Watch jobs. Watch banks. No liquidity. Whole bunches of wealth will be destroyed. How long can they hang on? I’m actually willing to give them up to a year or more cause they can still print at will. When the machines can effectively run everything, we’ll then be expendable.

After falling and checking 6600 the minis are only off 4. Well, two Fridays ago I told ya to look for a spike in the VIX. I was a week early. The liquidity/bank crisis I was looking for in May is 5 months late, but better late than never. The bubbles are insane. The Fed may have actually lost control. My favorite target, 3200, is right at a 50% drop, but I wouldn’t rule out a backtest of the old ATH double top at 1600. STB best trade everyone. Protect yourself and your assets.

Minis off 60 after closing the gap from yesterday morning. Earnings season commences. The parade of BS should be interesting. We’ll get some horror stories I’d assume. They’ll be “isolated”. I’m still waiting for bank failures. Liquidity is a real problem, till they start printing again. If something triggers a market crash, ‘08 will pale in comparison. STB best trade.

This whole J kush being behind the ME peace deal has me bothered. STB has mentioned him as an AC candidate in the past. Peace part of prophecy. The PThiel and JDV relationship doesn’t bode well for our future here. Everything behind the CK deal has fallen apart. Too much truth being exposed in real time is a problem for them. Off grid may be the place to be.

Minis up 75, but have also pulled back that much. Friday freaked everyone out. Gee, I guess markets can fall? STB won’t get motivated about anything to the downside till 6200 cracks. It’s a literal shit show out there. Liquidity is DOA. Consumer DOA (except the top 10% - just like the markets).

Minis flat at 6800. Some will remember, it was 6400 or 6800 as the targets most saw quite a while back. I preferred 6400. Interesting perspective I saw last night on melt up or melt down. Simply watch the jobs reports. That’ll be the clue to any upward sustainability. Charts are screaming overbought, bubbles and all sorts of historic imbalances. Gold 4k is your canary. Interesting data that were possibly exiting a recession.
